busy busy busy

how is it that so many folks on the flickr post new artwork daily? do they not do anything else but draw and paint? bah, it bugs me that i can't be that productive. so many ideas in my head that take too long to make in reality.

my sculptures have taken a pause while i work on christmas cards. i originally thought i'd do the linocut style again since it's fairly quick and painless but then i drew up a cute little pic and it ended up too detailed to make via linoleum. so i hand drew it, scanned it in (actually just took a photo), photoshopped it to bring out just the linework then printed that to cardstock. now i'm hand coloring all of them. (i really didn't like the color printer version.) it's not difficult, just time consuming.

hope they turn out okay.
